Children’s Games for November (and Other Free Goodies)
This adorable (and very long!) public domain book, which can be downloaded and printed out for free here, offers a variety of games, songs, poems for children. Activities are broken up week by week and into subjects (hygeine, phonics, music, drawing, and even seatwork).
Children’s music score sheets, coloring pages, detailed articles about teaching methods, tips on increasing reading fluency, and even art appreciation appear in here as well.
There is so much stuff in it that I haven’t combed through it all yet!
It is from the January 1920 edition of Primary Education for teachers. Lovers of history will enjoy the charming illustrations and the old timey ads that appear.
